womit if it comes but drink water more till you get stool. Do it twice in the morning. Remember 2 times stool or motion in morning is very healthy.
After drinking water you should walk and drink water on keep standing. Also do some light exercises on standing.
I am sure you will get motion if you follow this.

1. Eat atleast one full serving of food high in fiber - Whole foods, whole grains(unhusked), carrots and raw vegetables.
ReplyDelete2. Stop eating bakery food - Anything made of maida (Breads, biscuits, cookies) Also cut junk food and cool drinks
2. Drink luke warm water early in the morning 1 to 1 1/2 liters
3. Brisk walk to create Bowel moments within 10 minutes of having water
4. If you don't get bowel moments. After 45 minutes have 1 more liter of water
5. If you are still unable pass on stools in this way even after 2-3 days...Please try to practice warm water Enema to flush the rectum/colon.
Things should settle down post this.

Daiy Morning I take one ltr water and go to bath room with free motion. Some times I feel still some motion is there in my stomach. with out caring of feeling motion, I daily go to running for 5KM. After coming back again I take 1 more ltr water and go to for bath room with some mtion. Some times I have feeling of some motion is still there in my stomach. after taking lunch again I have to go bath room and motion will be come out. And agin i have to go to bath room for motion in evening or night some times after taking dinner or before dinner. Could u please reply with solution..
