As they contain harmful chemicals which may effect hair even though they cleans our hair.
Apply oil in-case of use of shampoo but avoid it better.
* Clean your hair neatly using your nails in a free flow of water daily . Use shikakai or Acacia Concinna powder monthly twice.
* Eat protein food. Soya beans and other nuts.
* Eat coconut.
* Apply coconut oil when go out in sun and always apply maximum.
* Drink water regularly and periodically. Maintenance of hair needs water.
To protect externally coconut oil and water to protect internally.
