do eye exercises like seeing distant objects and closer objects frequently........ without seeing a single distant objects....

Have lots of Fresh Green vegetables, and i full cup of Carrots.

And yes don't study, watch TV/ computer for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. Try focusing your eyes for 30-60sec else where.

eat carrots, leafy-vegetables etc...
:) I know MSR is against it, but no denying it's still got lots of Omega 3 which the vegetables or fruits won't provide.
ReplyDelete1 Bunch of spinach along with other leafy vegetables everyday is a must. Carrot included in morning vegetable juice.
Raw Carrots in afternoon as salad also are to be included. Carrots are rich in beta carotene a good anti-oxidant.
And the key is not to stress the eyes with TV, computer, mobiles and books for hours at a stretch.
omega 3 even not in any other sources, how is it injected into an egg?

similarly our body can produce our required essentials.... The only thing we need to do is to provide some energy to our body to fulfill its requirements.....
