@navi u should practice pranayama(all types) and yoga so that your breathing process will become easy
&
You should not sleep after you eat because more air is required for digestion which will increase your problem
* eat less and early 2-3 hrs before you sleep
* avoid sweets
* exercise more or do practice yoga

Practice all types of pranayama and yoga


Pranayama :

* See pranayama is very useful to maintain healthy lungs. We should practice pranayama daily  because most of us do not use our lungs completely and in the process of pranayama lungs are cleaned completely and lungs are used fully.
* Lungs will also be cleaned and become healthy with pranayama.
* They are many other uses with pranayama so practice it regularly before starting your day for at-least 20-30 minutes.


 Yoga: Do all types of yoga with more stress and effort and do-not stop the breath and take deep breath during yoga practice.


check maa tv 4-5am for detailed pranayama doing steps
also check internet and other places for sri.baba ramdev pranayama & yoga.

First thing I am not manthena satyanarayana raju sir and I am a follower of manthena satyanarayana raju sir.
I am Siripurapu PrudhviRaj.

Hypothyroidism:
This problem caused due to hormone imbalance.
This hormone imbalance may be caused due to improper food habits or due to heavy usage of medicines.

Due to hypothyroidism large amounts of dead cells of thyroid are released and should be excreted and hence
* consume water periodically for more times so that the wastes through medicines or food or because of thyroid problem should be excreted.
* Much natural food must be taken.
* Regular free motion stool must take place twice in the morning for sure. This is very important.
* Exercise or walk so that sweat is released much.

I am suffering with Thyroid problem my age is 26 now and i gained a lot of weight nearly 45++ kgs in 4 years time now i weight 115 previously it was 75 in 2005 so what shud be the diet i shud follow and Wat is the way to loose my weight i am from Vijayawada please also suggest me if there is any clinic in my city ......

You have thyroid Problem
* So first you have to increase your resistance power, so you have to eat more food which contains c vitamin and proteins
and your weigh should also be decreased so you should eat less energy giving foods and you have to drink more water and you have to exercise like walking simultaneously

** Ur diet should be
* after you wake-up drink more water and go pass your stool
* Now exercise nearly an hour or walking (mouth should be closed and breath only using your nose)
* drink more lemon water (7 lemons a day)
* eat protein food like nuts or soaked seeds
* avoid rice salt oil sugar completely
** eat before 6pm evening
* exercise before you sleep and take lemon water

* these are the minimum points you have to follow and say me if any further troubles

and u r suffering from pimples

* So first you should be clean by drinking water and cleaning your body by passing stool twice a day at-least and remember to completely clean our body before you sleep

* The food you take is very important better to avoid oil foods and fried foods or at-least you decrease eating them and take water periodically
** Not to drink water after eating is right and to drink water before half-an-hour you eat only for raw foods.
But if you eat cooked or spicy foods which requires more water for digestion You should drink water immediately after eating also if required. Because while cooking the water in the food is evaporated and will be decreased and coming to spicy foods and fried foods water will be completely vanished.

* You should also eat more fiber contained foods more after you eat any food
like eating carrots, boiled or raw leafy vegetables in more quantities as mu as you can eat or you cat with your likely food.

* Exercise more as your face gets sweat and it get cleaned internally by drinking more water.

Giving rest to body for at-lest 8 hrs is necessary and drink water if necessary

Don't worry Your hormones will be adjusted soon and eating fiber food washing your face with fresh water is very important You can be Free of Your Problem

manthana satyanarayana baby food tips -- Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Naturopathy teachings

Baby's food should be easy digestive and diet should be highly nutritious.
So baby should be taken all types of foods but its not possible as baby cant digest hard foods.

milk drinking child:
child's nutrition or energy source is child's mother. So the child's mother should take a rich nutritious food, proteins and all food supplements should be contained in the  food taken by mother.

food taking child:
The food is to give is sprouts which contains high growing energy for growing child. But a baby cannot digest sprouts so
* 1 or 2 types of sprouts should be soaked for two or three days to be grown well
* and they should be grinned well which a paste is obtained | To get a powder soaked sprouts are to be dried in sun and should be grinned.
* Before serving to child the grinned powder should be mixed with pasted dates ( khajur).
* Dates should be soaked well in water for about 2 hours and can be easily pasted with hands.
* the powdered or pasted grown sprouts  are mixed with dates paste and the nutritious healthy food is ready for baby and also for adults

* better to add some grinned  Nuvvulu Podi (Sesame Seed Powder) for calcium and some leafy vegetables for fiber.

Better wait for another 2-3 months for feeding, until they start growing teeth and till then and ever mother milk is better than anything else. Until then mother should eat more calcium and fiber foods.

more fiber foods are needed because baby's mostly suffer from tight and loose motions.
* Foods like fruits pulp or inside other than outer shield because they contain chemicals. 
* Soaked and pasted dates are to be giver slowly to fulfill iron requirements. 
* For calcium soak and paste well sea-some seeds or leafs like curry leaves paste mixed with dates paste for taste.
* Carrot's juice is also to be given and paste is also useful.
* water should be given periodically.

* warm water with a full bottle is to be given to the child after he wake's up. It fulfills water requirements and perform cleaning operations and helps  for free motion.

Avoid sugar food and sugar content because they mostly suffer's with cold.

Yes absolutely you can do yoga. But only light exercises of yoga for  hands, legs and see that never keep pressure on stomach.
Until 4 months you can do maximum.After that you have to be very careful and always do light exercises. Drink water periodically must and you should eat healthy natural food.
Do walking and light exercises to be fit and healthy.
