Tips to loose Weight without diet control.

    Gadamsetty Lakshmi Rangaiah weight loss without diet means then you have to exercise more after eating or drinking to avoid weight increasing. Exercise Until food is digested and you exercise whenever you gain energy even after digesting food for an hour.
    Exercise and strain more where you have to loose weight ex: stomach exercises.

    You have to do exercise with empty stomach (without food) and with water to loose calories.

    1. More fiber food can be digested faster or eat more fiber food like carrots and leafy vegetables next to your food eaten. Also help to loose weight.

    2. Take more citrus fruits.

    3. Drink more water periodically.

    4. Eat more fruits.

    5. Prefer less energy giving foods. Not necessary if you casn exercise more.

    Giving rest is needed because you exercise more. Its automatically allocated.
    remember You should not sleep after eating and you to exercise till you loose energy and food in stomach. that is to empty energy sources through food or taking external energy by glucose or something and sleep after gaining energy again you should loose it by exercising.
