Doctor has given some medicines but bleeding is not under control. I wanted to give milk with lime juice in the morning which may cure piles. Milk is hard food and not preferable try to give more fiber food like leafy vegetables, fruits and try to give more natural food. 


Fruit juices are more useful for her and also give sprouts slowly which are soaked well. They are hard food so slowly increase the amount of content.The sprouts may contain whole-green gram (pesalu), wheat, ground nuts and etc seeds........


Dates are also useful and contains iron which is more useful for pregnant s.


Carrots are very useful as they contain more fiber and also raises hemoglobin levels. ALSO maintains hemoglobin levels.
guava are also very useful for free motion.
CARROTS AND GUAVA can be taken in more quantities.


As you think lemon juice is more useful also give lemon juice.


She need to drink water more but but not too high in case of pregnant. Limit to a liter in the morning  and drink another liter after an hour on her comfortably and she should also drink water periodically to maintain a healthy body to clean time to time.


Give rest 8-12 hrs  as Manthena satyanarayana raju sir told. Stop eating evening 6 with light fruits and dates.
Also drink water till before half an hour she sleeps in lees quantity periodically.


and she also need more calcium so give her nuvvu onda that is sea-some seed  powder mixed with pasted dates and make it to a ball also mix sprouts paste and that energy ball should be taken in morning time only.

PILES: It is caused due to UN-excretion of stool regularly. Then stool gets tightened by decreasing water content in it in-order to consume space for new incoming stool. After that stage stool gets sticky tightened and infected causing PILES..
 This problem is most common in non-vegetarians with less fiber food, fast food lovers and the one who drinks less water and not pass stool regularly.,

Solution:To excrete  stool regularly the stool should be in more quantity and a healthy stool must be generated.
* So the one should take rich fiber contained food like leafy-vegetables, carrots fruits etc.., with PULP. Which is the fiber in the food.
* More water is needed to fresh-up the stool and to excrete waste.
* Give rest to body minimum 8hours completely in sleep even stomach with enough water which enhances  cleaning process and makes you healthy by cleaning the body and increasing immunity.

Avoid:
Avoid Less fiber food or take rich fiber food simultaneously.

* The polished food like white rice doesn't contain fiber and some vitamins which were removed by polishing. so try to avid or to take rich fiber food simultaneously
* Non-vegetarian foods and fast foods contains Zero fiber with more toxic waste which is highly dangerous and increases the infection fast. So beware of them.

More Fiber food with more water is best solution ever.

As I told reason for piles, this problem is lac of fiber in  stool ie., unhealthy stool and this can be avoided by taking fiber food.
For those who already suffering from piles shoud be more resistible. They should take fiber food and by water cleaning the stool regularly by drinking atleast 2 liters of water until stomach fills and pass  stool twice until the stool is liike liquid like cow's dung.
This  should be done by everyone.
And patients should also take more steps regarding resistance so that they can be recovered soon.

More fiber foods: Carrots, leafy-vegetables, vegetables, fruits & all vegetarian natural food (NON polished). If we consider white rice, idly ravva etc., the fiber in it will be removed by polishing.

Sprouts are the actual natural foods. So what do you mean by food? I hope you are considering white rice as food.
why cant you take sprouts and vegetable juices in morning?

I told to take in morning because they are bit hard food and the advantage of the taken food can be used immediately..... So the food you take can be digested easily. Thats natural process which should be done and you will be healthy if you be balanced according to your body. Any body will be healthy naturally only. Otherwise body change according to you which may cause UN-healthy and chronic diseases...
If you eat at night then the resting period (thats in night and in sleep) will be decreased and simultaneously immunity or resistance will also be decreased.
Thats main problem in eating at nights...

So give proper rest to body and good sleep with empty stomach should be 8hrs at-least compulsory..... Resting period increases will increase resistance.
Sprouts are suggested because they provide maximum requirements of body. Soaked sprouts are rich in vitamins proteins and etc., so they are suggested..And take them in morning or evening because your digestion power will be good.

Thees are the reasons to suggest you to be natural and further decision is yours...

Following these you can but its not advisable...!!!

Better not to eat regularly in evening. Try alternative days.

Coming to problem
Reason: Deficiencies of sources causes osteomalacia, Defects in usage which is cause for osteoporosis.

Causes and Solution for Osteoporosis: 
Cause:
* Bone degeneration is caused because of generally lac  of usage as far as i consider. As you are not doing any minimum exercises your bones are weakened and started  to degenerate to increase your ability on your present usage.
Solution:
* Obviously to exercise and to use them again but its not advisable to exercise you in this stage, so better to practice light exercises in yoga and to meditate by closing your eyes and to be relaxed and to concentrate on your bones in a positive ways as they were recovering to normal condition.
*** Diet  you take is also most important Its highly recomended to avoid salt completely and to drink more water and check that your urine is always white and pass stool regularly a couple of twice ie., morning 2 times and evening 2 times by drinking more water and see that your stool should be loose like cows dung so that you need to take more fiber food like carrots and leafy-vegetables.


Causes and Solution for Osteomalacia: 
Cause:
* This is caused due to lac of supplements. Food you eat is not sufficient to maintain your body and mainly your bones. You may give energy to your body to work but to maintain your organs in perfect condition and to be strengthened enough there are several requirements which are to be provided

Solution:
* Such as calcium for bone energy and maintenance, blood for good transportation in your body and etc., and several requirements and these can be fulfilled by good and healthy diet such as rich calcium foods like Seasame seeds (nuvvulu), curry leaves (karivepaku), and other leafy vegetables and for blood carrots  and for resistance citrus fruits in more  quantity including pulp for fiber or at-least 7 lemons per day and rice protein food like cashews nuts and nuts are to be taken ground nuts which are soaked and prepare them as sprouts for good results.....
Note: All the diet should be taken as cleanly  washed raw items or boiled is secondary preferred.
* Daily walk in sun and expose your body in sun rays (not too hot sun rays) for about 30mins minimum regularly morning and evening.
 . See that more sweat is excreted from your body because as I consider Proper outputs and Proper outputs = health.

Burning sensation in throat after meals.. digestion problem. Solution with reason - Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Teachings in natureopathy

acha i've a doubt that sometimes i feel like burning sensation in the place between my neck and chest (eppudaina trenpulu vachinappudu), isn't it a sign of acidity problem, what r the precautions 2 b taken if it persists. Pls help


This is mainly caused due to lac of fiber in the food yoou take and this is not acidity problem..!!!
Reason: Highly powerful acids are produced to digest the food and thoose are easily drained through the fiber in food. So due to lac of fiber and highly hard digestive food and sppicy foods can be digested only if more powerful acids are produced and theese acids irritate the closing cap of stomach and so the food will come back to thoat. As the acids are powerful they causes burning sensation.

Solution:

* Food is easily digested if it contains more fiber in it and if it is spicy food then the waste is excreted along with fiber throught stool. This is actual process wich goes on.....
** So eat more fiber food after your meals or whenever you feel burning sensation. Like carrots atleast 2. Or leafy vegetables and etc.,

* For generating more acids more water is required and if you drink more water after meals then the water mixes up with food and wasten the acids by diluting them and requirement of acids increases.
** So driunk water before half an hour you eat and drink less water while you eat and after you eat if you feel to drink......

*Pass stool regularly and there should be enough space to new stool which is created after your meal. So better to eat after passing stool by drinking more water.
** So more fiber food and water is required to pass free stool.

The major CAUSE of this problem is lac of fiber in the food and drinking more water after you eat.
So eat more FIBER food like carrots and drink water as I mentioned before.

Now I am in USA and almost 3months completed to see your reply. Also, the medicines I brought to US also about to finish (I bought only 3months course). Sir, here in US, as you know, getting sugar test (blood & Urine) is merely impossible. We need to buy the kit for both and test ourselves. I heard that those meters wont be so accurate wen compared to our diagnostic centres in India. Anyway I have to buy one for my regular check-up but please advice how far it wil be accurate?

Also medicines i am using are a bit costlier here. Can u suggest me any other alternate to medicines so that i vil stop using medicines?

1. Difference between type1 and type 2 diabetics is, type1 is caused due to improper functioning of pancreas due to the damage of beta cells in pancreas by respective person's body and type2 diabetics is caused due to 
* inefficient insulin produced,  
* in-effective insulin produced 
* produced insulin is not used by body and many more reasons.
Type2 diabetics can be cured and controlled easily.

 2. The test for diabetics is mostly accurate thorough blood and blood pressure tests are also accurate but use a mercury meter to measure blood pressure than electronic meter.

Sir I know pretty well that you are follower of Mantena Raju Sir. I have taken Insulin for 8months and shifted to Ayurvedic and then again to Tablets. So, I think I am Type-2.

Also, Please let me know the exact diet plan for a diabetic like me whose sugar levels are more. here I get fruits like watermelon, husk melon, apples, strawberries, kiwi, oranges, papaya, peaches. Vegtables available here are brinjal, cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, onions, carrot, potatoes, spinach(only leafy vegetable available here), capsicum. So I have seen Mantena Sir's message on using sora, beera, potla, keera, tomato, carrot etc. but those not available here in our place. So, any suggestions in this regard is highly helpful to me. Can I take bread( home made)?

I've couple of questions for you sir. We have been following Dr.Raju garu's healhty food schedule. My husband was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 recently. Can my husband drink wheat grass juice? since i am little concern about that as he has diabetes. and also second question he has dental cavity problem, so he is feeling difficulty chewing sprouts, can he have them grind and drink? please let me know... thank you once again.....

Hello Sir,

My father is 60 years and he got diagnosed diabetes and 15% of his both kidneys are damaged.
Doctors suggested just 1.5 liter water daily and not to eat all types of food. Could you suggest how he can improve his kidneys functionality and what type of food he could eat? Please reply.

to avoid wastes .
Only in a limited quantity depending on his requirement.
any type of food not more than certain quantity...
 See always that urine is clean and white.
stool twice  in the morning and once before sleep is required.

Controlled and limited diet is best...
Completely avoid salt, oil and other junk spicy foods.....
Otherwise he come to a situation that he cant eat theese foods also...

Give him delicious fruits vegetables etc...
only in limited quantities.

After  he recovers then he can eat allot...  Ask him to do until he recovers only for a few months...
Doctors are thinking that he can recover so further treatment not prescribed, so he should try to improve his best  to his level best...

my father is 68, started dialysis before 1.5 years..weekly twice he goes for that..and any diet of manthena will improve the functionality and avoid the dialysis...my father is a pure vegetarian and he can follow the things..but not water..these people should not have too much water...pls reply

dialysis is used when kidney functionality is not good. Kidney work is to filter the blood and to remove the impurities in blood. Same like cleaning our house. So the waste (the excess materials or useless particles) in blood were thrown out from body by kidney through water by urine and by sweat through skin and by stool.
These are the three main outputs by which waste is excreted.

So
* The waste which is entering the body should be decreased. By
  * avoiding salt and oil completely
  * Eating un-cooked natural food and to be clean  because your father takes less water.

* Excretion of waste:
  * Drinking more water at-least in early morning and before going to sleep (4-5 liters per day) Try to drink water maximum which increases kidneys functionality properly.
  * Eating more fiber food like leafy vegetables and at-least 7 carrots per day. try to eat carrots after taking any food.
this will help to free stool and increases the intestine resistance.
  * By doing lite exercises and yoga after eating food with empty stomach by drinking more water which causes sweat better to do in lite sun before 10am and after 4pm.

Now the excretion process is done well and slowly kidney functionality is increased and his kidneys and dialysis can be avoided on doctor's advice.
