Reason, solution and prevention for heart attack - manthena satyanarayana raju-naturopathy

Heart Attack:

Why Heart attack: Cause:
  As cholesterol increases, our body first seeks to excrete it, if not possible then stores under skin layers.
If the place is filled completely at all places in body, then the cholesterol in blood start to stay in blood vessels itself and fills blood vessels. So blood vessels become thinner and narrow.
Gradually Blood Pressure increases to pump the blood to all our body parts.
In this condition -

If any cholesterol partial blocks the blood vessel due to some cause like anxiety, tensions or any reason which increases your blood pressure, then the walls of blood vessels are highly irritated with flow of blood with high pressure, which causes to breakdown of cholesterol particles stored on walls of vessels and obstruct the blood flow to heart.

This causes Heart Attack.

Main Sources causing heart Attack, Prevention, Solution:
* Eating more than required for enjoyment  and for filling stomach.
Sol:   Eat less as you require a balanced natural food with more fiber.


* Storing wastes and Blocking outputs which all excess materials drains out.
Sol: Drain the waste regularly by passing shit by eating more fiber food and urine by drinking more water.


* Not to give body proper rest to Clean yourselves and to increase immunity.
Sol:

  • Stop eating by evening 6 o'clock ie., 6pm.
  • Drink water until before half an hour you sleep.
  • Pass shit (Motion or stool) before sleeping and after waking up.
  • Sleep with empty stomach.
  • Take more C-vitamin food like lemon, oranges etc., Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C which increases our immunity.
  • Meditate as much as you can but minimum before sleeping and after wake-up.
  • Practice Yoga and regular exercises. This activates third draining or output that is skin. Sweat is the fastest and easiest way of cleaning our body can.



These steps prevent you from heart attack.
Note: Patients do not Practice yoga Or exerciser with high pressure and they have to see    that their blood pressure not increases.

As I consider sugar is not a problem in naturopathy.
Every problem after birth can be cured here max but here the doctor to cure is you. So It depends on your strength....
As I told your choice depends on severity of problem and your mother's capability. Step forward only with doctor's advice.

Fever, cold, throat infection, asthma ??? Don't worry here is solution... Check them out in a couple of days.... Increasing immunity steps...

Reason and explanation:

Generally fever, Cold or other infections occurs to indicate you as the impurities in you are high.

 In these cases, suppressing those infections by using medicines then impurities increases and changes to asthma.
Suppressing small infections by using medicines instead of cleaning and draining waste leads to chronic diseases.

Solution: The best solution is to clean the wastes in us then the infections will be killed automatically and it will be very easy to our immune system. hen our body performs repairing operations if required, in our body.

Because the respective bacteria feed on you as the body's resistance will be  busy in draining the waste, If no wastes resistance will be  very high and can protect you    from infections not to enter your body.

* So as impurities increase in you automatically those will be infected.

Example: If you store waste in your  house  then all the insects  like house-fly's and etc will come to waste and feed on them.
* So general infections causes on waste.

Now the waste is to be cleaned then you will be infection  free automatically.But medicines are used to kill the infection and not the infection source (waste).

To clean the wastes: The infection causing bacteria enters in the body if  protection is low. your resistance or immunity is low.
  Example: In Borders army man will protect the country all the time. If the army man sleeps then the terrorists will enter.
In the same  way  resistance or immunity works.


Solution with procedure:

Fasting is the best way to clean yourselves. In this process all the wastes are cleaned out and then body  resistance concentrates on protecting body with full strength.
This works better with pure water because water drains all the waste.

Steps for Fasting:

     1. Now you should Water 'fast' after  cleaning your stomach completely with water twice, by drinking water complete your stomach with water.
     * Note: With empty stomach in  early morning and before sleeping.And pass stool twice or more until the stool is like cow's dung.
     2. Now start drink water and sleep well, concentrate on your breath but don't eat.
   *** Do not think think about food, eating and just concentrate on your immunity by closing eyes or sleep.
     * Water helps you to drain impurities through it.
     * Try to take lemon water to strengthen the process of cleaning. Because lemon is a citrus fruit containing vitamin 'C' which helps to increase immunity power.
     3.If you feel too weak then drink lemon water and lick a spoon of honey on your paw.
     * Honey is also called as oral-saline which mixes directly  in blood and gives you energy.

Sleeping is more important in fasting.

Within 2 days of serious fast you will recover.

Two days fasting is better than suffering weeks...
Fast half a day daily(6pm to 6am)  and increase your immunity very high... Fasting  a day in a week or at-least twice in a month is really good for health to increase immunity.


* Also perform breathing exercises like pranayama and do yoga..... 
Yoga: If you don't use your body parts they wont work efficiently and it is know later in the form of a trouble.
Pranayama: Helps to expand your lungs and activates other internal organs and perform better cleaning operations also.

* With empty stomach without  food drink water and sleep or take rest by closing eyes. Be pleasant cool and be completely rested.

For relief:
* Try to inhale water vapor.
* Then sleep by   turning opposite side to blocked nose side, that is., if left nose hole is blocked then turn right side and sleep.

My sisters 2 year old son is suffering from asthama and his father and his grand mother also have the same problem.Is there any possible solution to relieve him from the same.
Symptoms: Cough,unable to breath, unable to eat food, unable to sleep. Kindly give us a solution and let us know if it is required to admit him in the ashram.Very urgent.

manthana satyanarayana baby food tips -- Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Naturopathy teachings

Baby's food should be easy digestive and diet should be highly nutritious.
So baby should be taken all types of foods but its not possible as baby cant digest hard foods.

milk drinking child:
child's nutrition or energy source is child's mother. So the child's mother should take a rich nutritious food, proteins and all food supplements should be contained in the  food taken by mother.

food taking child:
The food is to give is sprouts which contains high growing energy for growing child. But a baby cannot digest sprouts so
* 1 or 2 types of sprouts should be soaked for two or three days to be grown well
* and they should be grinned well which a paste is obtained | To get a powder soaked sprouts are to be dried in sun and should be grinned.
* Before serving to child the grinned powder should be mixed with pasted dates ( khajur).
* Dates should be soaked well in water for about 2 hours and can be easily pasted with hands.
* the powdered or pasted grown sprouts  are mixed with dates paste and the nutritious healthy food is ready for baby and also for adults

* better to add some grinned  Nuvvulu Podi (Sesame Seed Powder) for calcium and some leafy vegetables for fiber.

Better wait for another 2-3 months for feeding, until they start growing teeth and till then and ever mother milk is better than anything else. Until then mother should eat more calcium and fiber foods.

more fiber foods are needed because baby's mostly suffer from tight and loose motions.
* Foods like fruits pulp or inside other than outer shield because they contain chemicals. 
* Soaked and pasted dates are to be giver slowly to fulfill iron requirements. 
* For calcium soak and paste well sea-some seeds or leafs like curry leaves paste mixed with dates paste for taste.
* Carrot's juice is also to be given and paste is also useful.
* water should be given periodically.

* warm water with a full bottle is to be given to the child after he wake's up. It fulfills water requirements and perform cleaning operations and helps  for free motion.

Avoid sugar food and sugar content because they mostly suffer's with cold.

Yes absolutely you can do yoga. But only light exercises of yoga for  hands, legs and see that never keep pressure on stomach.
Until 4 months you can do maximum.After that you have to be very careful and always do light exercises. Drink water periodically must and you should eat healthy natural food.
Do walking and light exercises to be fit and healthy.

Health Tips, diet - Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Naturopathy teachings

DietFOR GOOD HEALTH ur diet:
Dr.Manthena Satyanarayana Raju GARU's follower


Early morning at 5:
Drink 2 liters of water in two hours up to 7am. ( drink 1 1/2 liter at once after 1 hour gap another 1 1/2 or your wish as per your convince but before 7). 
* Pass stool twice in the morning.
This will clean your body and intestine. Help to be more resistant.
Morning Tiffin:
Sprouts, carrots, tomato’s and all other vegetables & even leafy vegetables in more quantity note: No salt, sugar, oil or cooking everything raw.
These vegetables will provide you much fiber and vitamins which are required for you.

* Morning and afternoon can  be hard food as per requirement.

Lunch:
groundnuts, soya beans, Cashew nuts & etc note: No salt, sugar, oil or cooking everything raw.
These are high protein food with more energy.

Dinner before 6pm:
All kinds of fruits best to eat 5 bananas if no other fruit available. Note: No salt, sugar, oil or cooking everything raw.
So that fruits will provide less energy. As night wont require much energy. Also they are rich fiber foods.

note: u should not eat or drink any thing in between except water.
Don’t drink water after eating, drink before eating & minimum 1/2 an hour gap to eat after drinking water & 3 hours gap to drink water after eating.
The food you eat will be digested in 3 hours maximum as they are fruits. So from then body starts to clean itself and to repair if any wounds or any type of imbalances found.
*  This happens in rest period.
* In nights you can completely provide rest to body (digestive system, eyes, brain, etc.,). In this time heart also takes rest by decreasing its beats to 65 per/min.

*** This increases our body resistance very highly and makes you healthy.

Increasing Immunity

  Immune System contains the design copy of our body. Immune Power helps to see that our body is perfect and corredts automatically if any problems.

* Giving rest to body is the best way in increasing immune power. Because in rest period, our concentration is completely our body. This is performed well in meditation.
   In this time body throws out the impurities from our body through excreting organs, there by cleaning our body.
   Also Repairs if any damages or any inefficient organs in our body. 
These impurities should be drained completely for good immunity.
So we should
  • cleaning though urine: drink more  water and also give rest.
  • cleaning though Stool: Eat more fiber food and  pass stool regularly and periodically. Healthy stool can be stored for much time.
  • cleaning though sweat: For this we should drink more water and also do lite exercises to produce heat and to activate body parts. So that any impurities will be drained through skin or by urine.  Shortest path is preferred.

No infections in clean area.

Requirements of our body and factors spoiling health- Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Naturopathy teachings

 In average man needs 3500 cal and woman needs 2500 cal energy.
And also some other enzymes and we can get all them in balanced by eating sprouts.
Sprouts are wonderful food. By eating a balanced food all our body organs will function properly and our body works in a proper balanced way.
Example: Our Human body is like a vehicle. For example assume our body is like a motor bike we should pour petrol for running the bike like wise energy is required to run our body. Energy can be obtained for us by many food sources but if that food is cooked then the nutritional values in the sun cooked food (RAW FOOD) is spoiled and all the contents will be come to a imbalanced state and our body will also become imbalance by eating this cooked food.
In the considered example of a bike if we give the bike more oil and less petrol will it run properely?
Probably no!
Likely main problem in all human beings is most of us spoil our body organs on our own by insufficient resting time given to our body, eating unnecessary tastes for our enjoyments and hence our body gives problems and drinking less water (Less than 5 liters per day).
Here are some main causes damaging our health:-
1. By stop eating before 6'o clock digestion completes in minimum 3 hours by eight O'clock and our entire body organs take’s rest till u start eating again. (This rest increases resistance power of our body).
So pasting is considered and the best medicine.
In pasting our body performs repairing and cleaning activities. Hence the resistance power is increased to our body.
Note: We should always eat less energy giving foods like fruits at night time as there will be less work for us at night time and less energy is enough (5 banana's are best food in the evening ). In average 60 calories is utilized by our body while we sleep and our body consumes 120 calories energy when we simply sit. Although now a day there is no energy consuming works mostly.
2. Intake of Imbalanced food (Cooked food with added flavors to increase tastes mainly salt and oil wich spoil our health.
Salt: Excess of salt blocks in our body surrounds our blood cells then needs more pressure to our heart to pump the blood and leads in the raise ofBLOOD PRESURE.
Oil: Excess of oil in our body blocks in our blood vessels and decreases the inner size of our blood vessels and causeHEART ATTACK.
3. Improper intake of water.
4. Lac of vitamins, minerals and other such enzymes in our food.
This problem can be overcome by:
1. Stop eating or drinking by evening 6’o clock to morning 5’o clock and give rest minimum 8 hours per day.
2. Eating sprouts and natural (sun cooked food)
3. By drinking more water (5 liters per day).
