Diet for diabetics or (Blood sugar)

 Diabetics or (Blood sugar):

 It  caused mainly due to:
*  Improper function of insulin production
* Insufficiency of produced Insulin
* Improper

Insulin is used to Control the blood sugar by converting excess energy (sugar) to cholesterol and to convert stored cholesterol to energy (sugar).

Diet to decrease Blood sugar:

* Decreasing insulin requirement: 
         Eat food that is easily absorbed by body  and that Produces less energy. Like
fruits, vegetables, all natural vegetarian foods which require less insulin.

Avoid: Oiled foods (requires more insulin because oil is direct cholesterol) white rice and many other polished foods, junk foods, spicy fry foods, etc., which gives high instant energy with less standing period in blood.

* To increase efficiency in production of insulin:
       Give more rest to body, So that body can give energy to organs of body and to maintain them healthy. Resting of body enhances the power of organs to work by performing repairing and cleaning of body.

* Excretion of blood sugar:

        If sufficient water is in blood then body excretes the excess blood sugar (energy) through urine by water. But if we drink water followed by eating food then it wont absorb in blood efficiently and mix ups with food and slow-ens process of digestion.

So drink water  at-least half-an-hour before eating, The food you take should contain more natural digestive juices and water level should be maintained naturally. Ex: Raw foods like fruits, vegetables etc.,
