my grandfather is suffering from acidity problem from the past one year. he gets burps when his stomach is completely empty or even after he has finished his meals. he is 79 years old.

Means: If a person cannot pass gas freely and passing by causing sound then its considered as gastric problem.

Cause: This is mainly caused due to motion problem. That is if any person dose'not pass stool completely then acidity problem or gastric problem occurs. Actually many other problems like joint pains and skin infections or allergies are also cause if we not pass stool completely and regularly.

Reason: As a sound occurs when leaving gas released under digestion process or in other process it means that stool is blocked in intestine and its objecting gas to flow out and sound occurs. So go and pass stool immediately by drinking water.

Solution: * Early morning Drink more water fill stomach with water as much as you can and walk for a few minutes and pass stool twice and do same in evening.
              * Eat more fiber contained food to pass stool free. Ex: Leafy vegetables, fruits and natural vegetarian food........
 So that this problem will be solved easily and completely.

Hi Sir,

I drink 1 liter water in the morning.My problem is like as soon as i eat break fast/lunch/any thing my stomach starts burning after 5/10 mins like anything.I am scared of eating anything.I don't know what is this problem.Please help me how to get rid off this problem.

My husband is suffering form gastric problem, as he was not well for 1 week he was taking antibiotic tablets which was priscribed by doctor butwhen the course is completed he is suffering from gastric problem it pains on his right side of his chest, very hard to breath and he cannot pass motion he cannto sit straight............ please suggest me suresh.au@rediffmail.com
* He should not eat spicy, junk and fast foods.
* and he should take more fiber foods like carrots, leafy-vegetables etc which helps to pass free motion and there by solving gastric trouble....

* Give him carrots or leafy-vegetables  after he eat anything.
* Ask him to go and pass motion by drinking water and walking few minutes until he gets motion. He should pass his motion 2 times in morning. He has no rigfht to eat until he passes motion for two times in the morning.
* Better if he also passes motion in the night before he sleep...

Mind that my instructions are not only for the patient  also for everyone.
You do so for your husband and make him to do so by following you.

Milk is hard food and not preferable try to give more fiber food like leafy vegetables, fruits and try to give more natural food. 


Fruit juices are more useful for her and also give sprouts slowly which are soaked well. They are hard food so slowly increase the amount of content.The sprouts may contain whole-green gram (pesalu), wheat, ground nuts and etc seeds........


Dates are also useful and contains iron which is more useful for pregnant s.


Carrots are very useful as they contain more fiber and also raises hemoglobin levels. ALSO maintains hemoglobin levels.
guava are also very useful for free motion.
CARROTS AND GUAVA can be taken in more quantities.


As you think lemon juice is more useful also give lemon juice.


She need to drink water more but but not too high in case of pregnant. Limit to a liter in the morning  and drink another liter after an hour on her comfortably and she should also drink water periodically to maintain a healthy body to clean time to time.


Give rest 8-12 hrs  as Manthena satyanarayana raju sir told. Stop eating evening 6 with light fruits and dates.
Also drink water till before half an hour she sleeps in lees quantity periodically.


and she also need more calcium so give her nuvvu onda that is sea-some seed  powder mixed with pasted dates and make it to a ball also mix sprouts paste and that energy ball should be taken in morning time only.

PILES: It is caused due to UN-excretion of stool regularly. Then stool gets tightened by decreasing water content in it in-order to consume space for new incoming stool. After that stage stool gets sticky tightened and infected causing PILES..
 This problem is most common in non-vegetarians with less fiber food, fast food lovers and the one who drinks less water and not pass stool regularly.,

Solution:To excrete  stool regularly the stool should be in more quantity and a healthy stool must be generated.
* So the one should take rich fiber contained food like leafy-vegetables, carrots fruits etc.., with PULP. Which is the fiber in the food.
* More water is needed to fresh-up the stool and to excrete waste.
* Give rest to body minimum 8hours completely in sleep even stomach with enough water which enhances  cleaning process and makes you healthy by cleaning the body and increasing immunity.

Avoid:
Avoid Less fiber food or take rich fiber food simultaneously.

* The polished food like white rice doesn't contain fiber and some vitamins which were removed by polishing. so try to avid or to take rich fiber food simultaneously
* Non-vegetarian foods and fast foods contains Zero fiber with more toxic waste which is highly dangerous and increases the infection fast. So beware of them.

More Fiber food with more water is best solution ever.

As I told reason for piles, this problem is lac of fiber in  stool ie., unhealthy stool and this can be avoided by taking fiber food.
For those who already suffering from piles shoud be more resistible. They should take fiber food and by water cleaning the stool regularly by drinking atleast 2 liters of water until stomach fills and pass  stool twice until the stool is liike liquid like cow's dung.
This  should be done by everyone.
And patients should also take more steps regarding resistance so that they can be recovered soon.

More fiber foods: Carrots, leafy-vegetables, vegetables, fruits & all vegetarian natural food (NON polished). If we consider white rice, idly ravva etc., the fiber in it will be removed by polishing.
Those are harmful foods.

womit if it comes but drink water more till you get stool. Do it twice in the morning. Remember 2 times stool or motion in morning is very healthy.
After drinking water you should walk and drink water on keep standing. Also do some light exercises on standing.
I am sure you will get motion if you follow this.

to go motion two times freely
* eat more fiber food llike leafy vegetables fruits carrots etc.
* drink water periodically and more water in morning and
* do walking and some light exercises until you get motion and do it for two time or until you get liquid like stool.


* When  ever you feel burning sensation you can eat some fiber food like carrots for immediate relief.
But pass motion twice a day.
Don't neglect and go pass stool.

solution for Frozen shoulders or joint pains.

Dear sir this question is for mum she is 65 she is suffering with frozen shoulders both hands nearly 6 to 7years . she is not having any pain relief regularly. pain worse at night. she takes hot packs. when she is doing daily activities lifting hands up, ex: she con't wear her blouse and tie her hair. she seen orthopaedic in India and overseas. suggesting to take pain relief, no permanent treatment. she lives in Bodhan presently. please advise something best for her to cure or atleast she can manage her things easly.

Frozen shoulders:
This problem may be due to strong pressure on shoulders mainly due to sleeping aside on shoulder.
I mean pressure on shoulder towards the body in normal state for a long time.
we can't lift our shoulder after certain extent. In some angles it is not possible to lift our hand.


This can be cured. Forced blood flow will help.
Follow below :
I think your mother wont pass stool daily and completely.

As impurities increase in the body then they are stored in un-used or free locations of the body.

So you should stop adding impurities and excrete all; impurities properly.
Then also you should repair or recover from spoiled or damaged parts.

To do so...
your  mother should stop eating salt completely and she should eat more fiber foods like leafy-vegetables, carrots and other vegetarian food in more quantity which helps in free motion and cleans internally.
* do exercises with hand without disturbing shoulders and she should try to move.... Do-not force.
she will definitely get cured.
* she should also meditate and visualize that she was getting cured....

* Also avoid fry foods and oil foods.Better take only raw food like fruits and boiled or raw vegetables.
vegetables should be cleaned neatly.
* Daily take vegetable juices and carrot juice for blood which is very useful.
Wheat grass juice is should be also taken daily which increases hemoglobin levels and it is directly entered to blood in few minutes.

* She should drink water periodically as a glass of water for 15-30 minutes.
* She should sleep with empty stomach and with some lemon water. Ask her to drink water if she require.
better to sleep after passing motion.
* she should fast weekly twice or more for fast recovery. She should pass motion completely before starting fasting. Completely in sense to check that motion come with water only.
* Give anema if she was not completely free from stool.

Stool should be drained out completely and she should eat more fiber food to maintain healthy stomach.

* Better to stay in sun after drinking water to clean through sweat and for other purposes.

* she should drink water and do light exercises in sun like moving her hands etc. If she cannot she needn't forced to do so. But she should be sweated. 
This should also be done with empty food and stomach filled with water.

* Fasting should be done with water and lemon water. Use at-least 7 lemons per day. Not at once slowly per hour a lemon.
Sleeping while fasting is very important.. She can take honey for energy.
it can be licked or mixed in water or lemon water.

mind: proper inputs and proper outputs equals to health.

Cleansing body, High Blood Pressure (BP) and solution for most common problems. Process of healthy body.

 Process of healthy body - High Blood Pressure (B.P) & All other health Problems, Cleansing body

Cause of Problem:
   This is most common problem in our country.Due to high usage of salts for taste.In older days they used to take salts as pickles but they are hard workers and the excess salt which was taken by them was drained out easily and regularly in the form of sweat. So they remain healthy.
  But now a days people take the waste for taste but they are not excreting them well, so the problems arise.....

Health = (Proper inputs += Proper Outputs)

   So the excess salts and oils in the body  are wastes for body. These wastes in blood settles in blood vessels and decreases the volume of the blood vessel. So heart need to pump the blood with more pressure to serve the blood to various parts of body. So blood pressure increases so strain on heart increases, since heart is responsible to pump the blood.
   If this pressure increases then symptoms arrive showing the disability.

Solution:

  Now, cleaning should begin to excrete all the wastes causing  high Blood-Pressure.
Mostly this problem is due to the excess salts which are stored in  various regions of the body which cannot be excreted.
*  If  you excrete all the wastes stored in you the you will be free from this problem.

   Sources for excretion: Sweat, Urine and Stool (Motion).

These three  outputs should work more active to make you free from this problem and many several related problems.

Procedure to Excrete wastes and to be cured from high blood pressure:

* Sweat:  This is an easy way to excrete excess salts. So drink more water daily with empty stomach (Without food) also use 2 or 3 lemons juice mixed in water and exercise more so that sweat goes out from your body. 
             Empty  stomach and lemon  water are to strengthen the process of cleaning that is excretion of wastes.
This is the process of excreting through sweat and this work efficiently in early times.

 * Urine: Drink more water mixed with lemons like above when not working hardly with body and pass urine more so that the wastes are drained out through urine. 

 * Stool: This is also one of the main source of excretion. Excrete it periodicxally ie., 2 times a day in early morning and in the evening by drinking more water at-least 2 liters and more that your capacity then it causes vomiting sensation followed by a free stool. So pass stool in this procedure twice a time. ie., morning 2 times and evening two times.

*   Keep your body active with water more the time and not with food.
*   6 hours max for digestion of food is more than enough in a day. So Eat twice a day max and if its once it will be wonderful.

Diet:

   Food Plays important role for helping in excretion of wastes and to import wastes.So the food you eat is very important. 
The food you eat should be fresh creating less harmful waste and the wastes should be excreted easily.

* So the food must contain more   fiber and less wastes. So the food must contain more leafy-vegetables and fruits which contain more fiber to excrete  waste easily. By helping you to pass free motion or stool.
* The food you take must be alive. So Raw food like fruits, vegetables should be taken in more quantity, 

Eat healthy food and live healthy.

* Avoid non-vegetarian  foods, spicy foods and  other junk foods. Because they contain more salts. more dead cells due to cooking and the also leads to hormone imbalance.More un-healthy wastes are produced by these foods which increases  the problems.

* Stop eating by 6 pm evening. This is useful to increase the resistance or immunity power. Because if you stop eating then the digestive system not works then in that time you body concentrates on cleaning wastes from your body and repairing dead cells and to re-place them.

* You stop eating even if you want to eat and keeping your stomach empty..... Because when you feel to eat then digestion juices will be released by your stomach.
* you stop urine for long time .
* You have motion problems. So gas produced will be blocked.
* the stuff You eat not digested.
* DO not drink much water after eating if not required.

So You have to
* do not feel to eat if you wont eat or if u want to eat go and eat or drink water full stomach so that the feeling for you to eat will be smashed.
* Do not stop urine for long time.
* Pass motion daily by drinking water full of stomach daily twice is better.
* The food you eat should not be filled more that 80% of your stomach. Because you have to give some gap for digestion.
* Drink much water with empty stomach......!!!

hi sir, pls help me, i'm a railway emp for which i've to attend night shifts twice a week, so i'm unable to complete my dinner by 6pm, bcoz i sleep in da eve 4pm-9pm, as i've to stay awake in the whole night.so pls tell me. is there any solution for this....?

Yea......
The main reason to eat before 6pm is to keep the stomach empty in sleep. So Keep your stomach empty while you sleep and eat by 1pm noon and after you sleep 4-9 pm and drink water at 9pm and eat at 9:30pm but
Remind: * Stop eating before 4 hours You sleep.

Thank you, but isn't there any problem 4 eating 2days@9:30pm and rest 5days @6pm.
How can i manage the 15hrs gap between dine & breakfast while eating @9:30pm? Pls help me.

no problem..... the main reason is "we should eat only if necessary and give proper rest to body...
and you stop eating those two days if not necessary for you and if you want energy better take honey or any fresh fruit juices or sugarcane juice...... Its healthy and harmless....

See sir after eating at 1pm you will sleep at 4 pm and after you woke up at 9pm you will have more energy and if you feel to have more energy then take honey or juices, Am saying to take juices because i hope that your work doesn't require more energy.....

This is mainly caused due to lac of fiber in the food yoou take and this is not acidity problem..!!!
Reason: Highly powerful acids are produced to digest the food and thoose are easily drained through the fiber in food. So due to lac of fiber and highly hard digestive food and sppicy foods can be digested only if more powerful acids are produced and theese acids irritate the closing cap of stomach and so the food will come back to thoat. As the acids are powerful they causes burning sensation.

Solution:

* Food is easily digested if it contains more fiber in it and if it is spicy food then the waste is excreted along with fiber throught stool. This is actual process wich goes on.....
** So eat more fiber food after your meals or whenever you feel burning sensation. Like carrots atleast 2. Or leafy vegetables and etc.,

* For generating more acids more water is required and if you drink more water after meals then the water mixes up with food and wasten the acids by diluting them and requirement of acids increases.
** So driunk water before half an hour you eat and drink less water while you eat and after you eat if you feel to drink......

*Pass stool regularly and there should be enough space to new stool which is created after your meal. So better to eat after passing stool by drinking more water.
** So more fiber food and water is required to pass free stool.

The major CAUSE of this problem is lac of fiber in the food and drinking more water after you eat.
So eat more FIBER food like carrots and drink water as I mentioned before.

i am going for the night shifts starting from Sep 01 2011 for the next one year. my shift starts from 10pm - 7am in the morning.

From other sites i found few suggestions. Main focus areas would be as follows:
1. food - complete natural food
2. exercise/yoga
3. sleep


I came to your site through google and Could you please advice on each on the areas in detail if possible.

i learned alot from your site and would appreciate for your selfless contribution towards people health.

Very simple sir and this is not a problem
just invert timings to +12 hours. I.e., morning to evening and evening to morning.

I think I am not getting your problem right...

Poly-cystic ovary syndrome:


 This is caused due to hormone imbalance.
Females obtain male character-sticks like mustaches, unwanted hair, irregular periods etc.
Solution is to be balance hormones.


As I can solve or try to solve is to live naturally to avoid hormone imbalance and to be healthy.
Many of women with similar case are over-weight and they are highly edict-ed to fast foods.


These may be the causes as I assume:


* Eating Fast foods, Chocolates, Ice Creams, cool drinks, Non-veg items and fried foods and etc in more quantities  or also may be in less quantities but these foods and drinks cause heavy hormone imbalance which may lead to Polycystic syndrome.
- So avoid those items completely.
* and also eat more natural food like fruits and vegetables. Eat 80% of raw food at-lest. Other 20% may contain boiled food.
* Drink more fresh fruit juices.
* Eat sprouts and more living foods which is healthy.
* Eat more fiber food. (Leafy-vegetables, fruits and etc.) All vegetarian food contain fiber and all non-vegetarian foods contain zero '0' fiber and harmful dead toxic wastes which may be harmful.


* Less consumption of water and skipping urine or stopping urine: This is the main mistake seen in more women causing many problems.
- So drink more water periodically and consume 4-5 liters water per day and pass clear and white urine max.


* Skipping stool causes heavy health problems. 
- Go to motion or stool regularly twice by drinking 2 liters of water twice in the morning. Complete this process in 1 1/2 hour for better result. Walk for few minutes by concentrating on stomach for stool after drinking water full of stomach. Don't worry if you feel to vomit or if you vomit. Its common and free and complete motion twice in the morning is very important.


* Irregular timings of sleeping and not to give proper rest to body.
- Sleep well for at-least 8 hours a day giving complete rest. I mean to sleep without food in stomach and the food should be digested before sleep.
* Passing motion before sleep is very good habit and very useful.
*  may drink water before sleeping if necessary.
* Eat 3-4 hours before you sleep. So the food is digested and the energy though the food will be used.


* Daily practice Pranayama early in the morning  and Yoga or any exercises though which you excrete sweat. The main purpose I am referring for yoga so that sweat is released and more impurities and wastes can be drained out quickly.
Drink water and practice exercises so that sweat is released.


Remember that correction of all inputs and outputs to/from make your hormones balanced.


During rest body cleans it-self, repairs it-self. During repairing hormones are also balanced.
So rest is very important.


If  want to enjoy other foods try to avoid  slowly and in rare cases once or twice in a month. But in any case remember that raw food you eat should be at-least 80% overall.
That is by eating raw food followed by fast food in rare cases. Better to avoid completely.




Avoid at-least for some days for a 1-2 months and definitely you will see improvement.
