Sir,have gasteric problems around 6yrs and my wieght is 110kgs,while running in treadmill my heart is burning and consulted cardiologist,the doctor said everything is normal.while traveling or sitting for long time,it's like motion comming out.i realy feel discomport
Gastric Problem Follow that link and comment for more queries. Also you have to decrease weight, To prevent digestion problems, gastric and other problems.
weight decreasing:* You need to stop eating white rice.* The amount of food you eat should be in very less quantity and it should be easily digested food.* The food you eat must contain more fiber.* Take more fruits and green leafy vegetables.* Do some light exercises like lifting your legs and holding while leaning on the floor and hands on ground. Its a stomach exercise, so close your eyes and concentrate on stomach. Better do this when you do-not have any food in stomach and only water.* Stop eating before 6pm in evening with light fiber food which gives less energy like fruits. Water can be taken till before half an hour you sleep.
Do not run on thread mill with over weight. Just walk on thread mill with average speed. Where you can burn more calories.
Pass stool regularly. Click Here So you can overcome that problem of stool while sitting.This is commonly due to gas problem and when not passed stool.

eat less and also fasting helps with water. Mind start fasting after passing stool completely...
